1 Wake Up Before Sunrise: Waking up before sunrise has many benefits. If one sleeps at 12 midnight or 2 am in the night, then how can he get up at 5 - 5.30 am in the morning? If one gets up forcefully, he will feel sleepy for the whole day, as his sleep is not completed. So to get up early one should go to bed early. 10 Dry/Wet waste processing/Management

We are facing so many issues of waste disposal in city/villages. We should take responsibility to convert this waste to wealth using composting at home.

Wet Waste: Best way is to utilize wet waste and turn it into compost by yourself and use it in your garden. Try collecting dry leaves in bags for better composting and avoiding smell

Dry Waste:dust and other degradable Dust and other degradable things such as hair, dust particles can be put to soil or composting

Dry Waste:Plastic Plastic put into dustbin ultimately goes 1/3 to lands, 1/3 to local water bodies and 1/3 to Oceans making serious issue. Best way is to collect it for say one or two weeks and donate it for recycling. Children in more that 100 + school already donating dry plastic in their own home to recycling through Sagar Mitra Project

  • Give away collection plastic to address1 - Sagar Mitra school
  • For society more than 50 flats, if plastic is stored in common place, there are few agenceies which provide service to collect it from premise.

Dry Waste:Paper Best way is to give it to scrappers for re-cycling

Other waste: hand it over to Muncipal Corporation

Take broken Matka, plastic paint bucket, Make holes at bottom/top put some grass/saw dust/dry leaves at bottom. Start adding your partially dried kitchen food waste. 11 A2 Milk Products (Milk, Curd, Ghee, Shrikhand etc) A2 milk is Indian breed cow milk. Products manufactured in local areas should be used as it gives boost to local economy,reduces transportation need and hence pollution

12 Honey Honey is the best medicine to Kapha problems and hunger issues. Without processed, natural honey manufactured in local areas should be used as it gives boost to local economy,reduces transportation complements nature.

13 Avoid usages of plastic utensils instead use Earthen vessels, Steel vessels, Copper vessels etc metal one A Plastic bucket, mug, container may last for few years also they are hazardous, if not recycled it will remain there for hundred's of year causing serious issues. If possible one should use Earthen pots, Steel, Copper etc
14 Avoid usages of polyster, hazardous colour painted cloths It was recent discovery that cloths painted with hazardous colours may cause ill health. 15 Food Ingredients

Grains- Near about 80% of our food intake should be withoug polish, orginically grown.

Pulses (without polish) - Oils ( Cold pressed, not refined) - Vegetables ( organically grown) - Salt ( Saindhav Salt not sea Salt)

  • 16 Lunch(10 am to 2 PM) If hungry once should consume food. (The non-urban life has a system of very light or no breakfast in the morning, proper good meal in the noon and simpler, lighter meal at the early evenings as a dinner.)
    17 Rest (after Lunch) nap or just lying down for an hour or half, not immediately after lunch
    18 Lighter Work (2 to 6 PM) Carry out lighter work which does not need much physical exertion.
    19 lighter Dinner (6 to 8) Taking small wash, freshening. Take lighter dinner.
    20 After dinner to sleep Spend time with near dear ones. Give time for developing one’s spirituality, doing things which will calm down once agitated mind. Once should get time to get peace and joy in the life
    21 Sleep Sleeping before 10 is good for health.

    24 Grow your own food. To meet huge market demand, most of the Vegetables made available in market are not grown organically, there is possibility that pesticides and chemical fertilizers used in it.
